A gifted communicator, Dr. Borrego facilitates productive and effective activities for a wide range of audiences and organizations. From workshops to retreats, celebrations to ceremonies, large conferences to small teams — Dr. Borrego understands how to focus and facilitate events and discussions that make a difference.

Dr. Borrego blends proven facilitation best practices with empathy and humor to create safe, inclusive environments where every voice is heard, respected, and valued.
